Often we feel that a system has taken over when we try to wade through all the legal jargon of paperwork. You laid everything out, what was going to happen, your role in all of it and how it affected me. There were no surprises, no kinks in the road....just a smooth, as expected purchase and sale.

Doug, more than all of this, it was all the little things you did, over and above the call of a REALTOR. That's what made you stand out. Having your lovely wife Judy take those fantastic listing pictures, gently adjusting room layouts in a sensitive way to ensure the best shot, just set me at ease. I have heard horror stories from other family members of REALTORs who bring in so-called 'experts' to 'stage' the home, but in fact remove any sense of home from your property. Judy was amazing, and the resulting pictures and video were spectacular.

Finding the plumber and arranging the necessary work on the well, working with inspectors, ensuring everything was as it should be in the condo when I bought it, helping sorting out the last few things I had no place for, always being there to answer my long list of questions----the list goes on and on.

You are more than a REALTOR, through the process you became a dear friend. I would highly recommend you as a REALTOR to anyone. I wish you every success and I know that many others will have great experiences when they list with you.

Doug, I wanted to take the opportunity to commend you on the work that we have done together.

 When my wife and I first moved to the area we were not working with a realtor. After a short meeting with you, we felt very comfortable entrusting you with helping us to locate and secure our home. After a short time we were negotiating the purchase of our home in Port Elgin. The fact that you know this area and the realtors in the area very well made the process extremely smooth.

 Most recently my wife and I purchased a cottage about 400KM from the Port Elgin area. At first we were going to use a realtor local to that area to finalize the deal.
